I used both. Victreebel is indeed a great grass pokemon and i used it briefly. But Venusaur get Petal Dance and Frenzy Plant, both are better than Solar Beam because they don’t require 2 turns and Petal Dance hit the target for 2-3 turns, which is awesome since it only use 1PP out of 20.
