How do I get a same-day passport?
If you do find that you need a passport in a hurry, call the National Passport Information Center at 1 (877) 487-2778 and see if you can get an appointment. Also, check for your nearest Passport Center. If you cannot obtain an appointment, you can still get a same-day passport as a walk-in like I did.
