The Dog perk basicly increases the VATS chance to hit when Dogmeat grabs them. 2nd, can brake/cripple limbs. 3rd Chance to make them bleed. It isnt a usless perk unless your not using dogmeat. That’s because you were originally meant to have Dogmeat AND a human companion.
